Supporting Disenfranchised Grievers

This workshop is for members of the professional community that are currently providing grief and loss counselling and wish to expand their knowledge.

Disenfranchised Grief often goes unseen and under acknowledged. This is grief that a person experiences when a person’s grief is not openly recognised, socially validated, or publicly mourned. This interactive workshop will help you identify the different types of disenfranchised grief, how to support people who are feeling marginalised, ashamed and alone at a time when social support and connection is vital.

Price: Members $240 and Non-Members $265
