Covid-19 Support and Assistance

ALL THESE ARE FREE TO YOU

Partners in Wellbeing
Provides phone support for those living at home, and who feel anxious and distressed due to Covid 19.  Available for now and in to the future.

Swinburne psychological support
Phone counselling for those living in Residential Aged Care.  Service is free and open to anyone living in residential aged care, anywhere in Australia.

All that you need to do to initiate a referral is complete the online form.

Red Cross
Red Cross are available through the Coronavirus Hotline and provide support for those experiencing, anxiety, distress, loneliness or social disconnection.  

Hotline number is 1800 675 398 and is staffed by trained people.

The hotline will also links people in need to Community Connectors for local practical supports and social activities, such as video chats, online book clubs or fitness groups.

Gippsland Lakes Complete Health
There is a general counselling available for those living at home, through GLCH, intake number 51558300 option 6, counselling is on the phone currently

6 sessions of phone coaching at no cost for people struggling with depression and anxiety
